Shopping Our Store

1.) Do I need an appointment? and can I shop in your store?

You can come shop in our store during our business hours without an appointment! If you can't make it during store hours, or if you need to come on a Saturday, we can make an appointment for you. Please email or call (910) 681-0888 for any appointment requests.

2.) My uniform logo has a plastic piece on it? What do I need to do?

You will just pull it off and the logo will stay on! When we heat press some logos, they need to sit for an hour to cool off, so many of them go home for you to peel off before you wash and wear!

Online Store Shopping

1.) When can I expect my order to be ready?

During our back to school season, please give us a 5-7 business days to fill your order. Most orders are filled within 1-2 business days, and sometimes as quick as 5 minutes for simple orders that come through as we are filling orders. If an item needs to be ordered, we usually try and wait for that item so that you only have to come to the store once! Please email with any online order inquiries. 


1.) I purchased one day shipping at checkout and my item isn't here yet. When can I expect it?

Several items in our store are embroidered when you order them, and occasionally we don't have it in stock and need to order it. Please give us 5-7 business days to prepare you order during our busy summer season. Once it has shipped, it will get to your door in 1 business day!

Returns and Exchanges

1.) What is your return policy?

All items must have the original tags (if it came with a tag), and the receipt and must be within 14 days of purchase for money back. If it was an online order, it must be returned within 14 days of pick-up. 

2.) It's been longer than 14 days. What do I do?

If you have missed the return window, you can still exchange for another size, or return for store credit.

3.) My child goes to a Roger Bacon Academy school, how can I return items that were delivered to the school?

Please put items to be returned or exchanged in a bag with "RETURN TO CUSTOM LOGOWARE" on it, with a note inside indicating what size you need, child's name, and child's classroom on it, so that we can return to the right student. Please also include your phone number.
